Joseph’s marketing plan for listings he obtains include: Designing a custom website exclusively for your property, virtual tours, listing e-flyers, news advertisements, showing feedback system, and listing syndication. Leads generated from the listing’s online marketing are captured into a Lead Management System for immediate response to potential buyers.
